Our mission is to empower women to take control of their own health and to live as fully and as productively as possible. CWAP provides prevention education, advocacy and support for women at risk or living with HIV in the Chicago area.

  • Peer Facilitated Support Groups
    • When: Every Saturday** of the month from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.   
         Where: North Side Office - 6363 N. Broadway, Chicago 60660
               Lunch and childcare included. CTA passes available.
                   (**on months with 5 Saturdays, groups will not meet on the 5th Saturday)

 

    • When: 2nd & 4th Saturdays of the month from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
         Where: South Side Office - 2317 E. 71st Street, Chicago 60649
         Lunch and childcare included. CTA passes available

 

    • When: Mondays from 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
         Where: North Side Office - 6363 N. Broadway Chicago 60660
         Lunch included. CTA passes available

 

  • Therapy
    • When: Thursdays and Fridays by appointment or drop in
               Where: North Side Office - With Kesha - 6363 N. Broadway Chicago 60660

 Outreach and Education:


We provide community outreach, presentations, and workshops related to sexual health.
