The Chicago Women's AIDS Project (CWAP) is committed to providing services to empower HIV+ women.
CWAP offers:
 
  • Peer Facilitated Support Groups
    • When: Every Saturday** of the month from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
         
      Where: North Side Office - 5249 N. Kenmore, Chicago 60640
           Lunch and childcare included. CTA passes available.
         (**on months with 5 Saturdays, groups will not meet on the 5th Saturday)

 

    • When: 2nd & 4th Saturdays of the month from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
          Where: TBA
            Lunch and childcare included. CTA passes available

 

    • When: 3rd Saturday of the month from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
          Where: Vision House - 514 East 50th Place
             Light snacks and childcare included
           
  • Drop-In Group
    •  
      When: Mondays from 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
          Where: International Conference Center - 4750 N. Sheridan (Lawrence and Sheridan)
             Lunch included. CTA passes available

 

  • Therapy
    • When: Thursdays and Fridays by appointment or drop in
          Where: North Side Office - 5249 N. Kenmore, Chicago 60640

  • Case Management
    • Call Ms. Welch at 773-271-2242 to arrange an intake
